Mercenaries Stages

The Mercenaries mode features a series of fast-paced stages based on key locations from Resident Evil: Village. Each stage offers a different layout, enemy mix, and pacing, encouraging players to adapt their routing and strategy.

Below is a brief overview of each stage to help you understand their general flow and what to expect.

Village

A balanced introductory stage with open areas and simple enemy waves. Ideal for learning combo routing and practicing movement. Time orbs are easy to reach, and enemy density is moderate.

Castle

A tighter, more technical stage with narrow hallways and vertical movement. Enemies are more aggressive, and maintaining combos requires careful planning. Strong single-target abilities shine here.

Factory

A dense, enemy-heavy stage with mechanical foes and tight corridors. High-damage characters excel due to the number of armored enemies. Time management becomes more demanding.

Mad Village

A chaotic, high-pressure stage with large open areas and fast-moving enemies. Maintaining combos is easier thanks to enemy density, but survival becomes more challenging. Excellent for high-score runs.

Mad Village II

A harder remix of Mad Village with tougher enemy waves and more aggressive pacing. Requires strong routing knowledge and efficient use of abilities to maintain combos and survive.

Hard Mode

Hard Mode is an enhanced version of the standard Mercenaries stages. The layouts remain the same, but enemy stats and behavior are significantly boosted, creating a much more demanding challenge.

Hard Mode is required for certain unlocks, and mastering it is essential for high-level Mercenaries play.

Bloodied Stages

Bloodied Stages are special red-tinted variants of existing stages. They feature altered enemy waves, higher difficulty, and unique modifiers that make them distinct from both normal and Hard Mode stages.

These stages are designed as challenge variants and do not count toward certain progression-based unlocks.
